Guess what?! We were at Little Korea this afternoon! Little Korea wasn’t like what we expected to be like though.I thought there’ll be places to shop around for clothings and cute stuff but unexpectedly, there were only shoplots
of Korean restaurants and grocery stores. So Yee Lin and I went into the first grocery store and we were like some ‘jakuns’ looking at the stuff. She was wondering if the prices printed were in Korean currency.. LOL! We grabbed a few junkies and off we went to scout around other places. We came by quite a few grocery stores again and we went in and grabbed a few more junkies for friends. After a while, we planned to take a bus to KLCC but ended up taking two buses. Don’t ask why!!! We had Sushi King for lunch and went to look for Christmas gifts. Yee Lin was fascinated by the wooden stationaries. Check out those pictures which she secretly snapped.

4 years in KL and not exploring the city is an utter shame, and being scammed by a taxi driver is NOT the ultimate utter shame, it is MORONISM :Þ
Blur Queen and me got on a taxi from KL central to Little Korea in Ampang
that cost us 25 friggin Ringgit. Add another RM14 and we could have gone to
Genting and back + sit the roller coaster until puke my lungs out which WAS
our initial plan =D Ppl are busy with assignments and I’m so darn free right?
Think about what I’ve been through for the past one week and u’d wish that
I should have gone mad instead of blogging. Haha i was kiddin :Þ
And then we went walkin around the so-called Korean town and the 1st
shop we went in was the grocery store which was packed with korean food,
junk food, stationary, chopped meat, frozen food, everythin and anythinn
that a Korean would need to feel "at home". We felt like aliens when the
cashier started talking to her customers in Korean :▐ All I know was "Ann
Nyeong Ha Se Yoh" and "Kam Sa Ha Mi Da", well that was ALL I learnt from
my Korean drama freak@roomate :Þ
Every little thing was so fabulously packaged and I could see nothing but
colours and cute cartoons <3 Me lovin it! <3 Thank God not everything has a
price tag, so I had to overlook them, otherwise I could have gone broke by
now. When I saw a tube of pinkish strawberry bubble gum which looks more
like a toothpaste for kids, I couldn’t contain myself and asked for the price
from the cashier in English and she answered me in …… Mandarin :▐
*faints*
The restaurants were as conservative as how Koreans wear. They cover
most of their shops, u can either peep through a small, thin, vertical visible
glass or through black tinted glass :s So we daren’t even enter any of the
shops, afraid of what might come out and get us :-ss *flash back - Korean
horror movies*
After getting our skin scorched and burnt under the hot sun and feeling
disappointed, we decided to end our small little trip, it was still early so we
hopped on the bus to KLCC to have lunch, did a li’l shopping for gifts and Jap
cheesecake *yumyum*! And yes I went crazy over some wooden colourful
stationaries from Europe, I was there for like hours admiring the works and
wishing I had the $$ to grab all.
